WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Funily Box ships on the 15th of each month by USPS.  You can generally expect to receive your box on or around the 21st of the month unless you live a long  way from our home in Colorado.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship anywhere in the contiguous United States with no additional shipping charges.  Anything outside the continental U.S. will be approved on a case by case basis and be required to pay shipping.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

If you sign up as a month to month subscriber you may pause your shipments at any time.  If you elect to save time with the 3 or 6 month options, we ask that you complete the initial term of your subscription before pausing.

IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?

If you feel you received the wrong box or are not able to use your box for some reason please reach out to us as soon as you discover this.  We can not accept used returns so please don't open games or activities you intend to return.  Returns will only be accepted in a timely manner (30 days from the day you receive your box).

WHAT AGES IS FUNILY CREATED FOR?

Ages 6-9 is our average customer, however- we try out every box with our own family, before packing and shipping and our 2 year old loves it as much as our 4, 9, and 11 year old!!

HOW MANY FAMILY MEMBERS IS THE BOX MADE FOR?

You can use the box with as little as 3 or as many as 6. In the future, we may offer boxes for larger sized families. If that is something you are interested in, send us a message!

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We do occasionally run specials! Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for an initial coupon code as well as any monthly or seasonal specials! 

ARE YOUR PRICES MONTHLY?

Yes, the prices you see listed on the 'Shop' page are per month. You will be charged on the 1st of every month. If you'd like to pause your membership please contact us.
